Three to five well-chosen hashtags is the usual advice for LinkedIn, and it holds up: enough to categorize the post, not enough to smell like spam. The trick that actually helps is mixing sizes. One or two big general tags connect you to high-traffic topics, and a few niche community tags put the post somewhere it can rank. Write multi-word tags in CamelCase so screen readers pronounce them as words.
Every suggestion here comes from your post's actual content, not a canned list. And one thing we won't do: show follower counts next to tags. LinkedIn doesn't publish reliable tag-size data, so tools displaying precise numbers are making them up. We label tags broad or niche and leave it there.
